Last Sunday my Brolly Girl Sarah came for her FHM Glamour Photography shoot at our private studio. Sarah’s entering the FHM “High Street Honeys” competition – mainly just for fun and the experience.
Imke gave Sarah’s make-up a much heavier glamorous makeover than we would use for boudoir to create the more in-your-face look needed for glamour. Imke bought in some new eye colours for a bolder look. Sarah looked totally stunning.
Meanwhile I was switching on the studio lights and making sure everything was working correctly.
When Sarah came for her free consultation I discovered that she has a degree in music and plays the guitar and piano. Wow! I suggested that she could use the guitar as a prop and then spent a lot of time wondering if that was a bad idea. However over the time between the consultation and her photo shoot the ideas started to come.
Sarah also needed some full length shots to make her Grid Girl portfolio, so hopefully she can get to see the big race meetings, meet the stars – and even get paid for her trouble. Now that sounds like the perfect weekend job to me – if only I had a bright umbrella
So without further a do, here are a few photos introducing Sarah and an important part of her life – her guitar and music. More glamour more raunchy pictures to come soon.
This beautiful glamour head shot was really a picture within a picture. But I had to take the close up and capture Sarah's wonderful expression while her face was perfectly lit.
An anonymous fine art nude black and white looks beautiful with the curve in Sarah's back leading to her lond dark hair. But it's her fingers wrapping round each side of her body that make the shot. We were actually getting ready to do a couple of raunchy shots to finish off and Sarah held this pose while I was preparing the light. Seeing the potential we created a work of art.
