International Boudoir Photography – Is It Possible?

by Pat on 02/02/2010

Today I was catching up with emails and was warmed by the following message from Hayden an avid reader and more recently a subscriber to the Boudoir Newsletter.

“Just wanted to say that your photography is amazing.

I’m from New Zealand and if only my wife and I lived in or near Ipswich we would definitely book a photo session or maybe more.  My wife loves getting photographed and we have a lot of fun with it.  Have attached a photo of her. She is Indian and beautiful. We are going to pluck up the courage and have some more explicit photos taken soon, which should be lots of fun. Pity it won’t be with you coz your photos are wonderful.  Keep up the great work.

Excellent website too.”

Last year I had enquiries from America and Hong Kong. In fact the only reason the shoot didn’t go ahead with the lady from Hong Kong is because of a mix up at the airport – meaning only her or her husband could board the plane.

Anyway all this has got me thinking. There are Destination Wedding Photographers so why not Destination Boudoir Photographers?

I’ve photographed women in different parts of the country and had ladies come from many different locations in the UK to be photographed. Going international is really just the next logical step.

So the big question for you

Would you travel to another country or bring a foreign photographer to you for your boudoir photography?
