In the Newsletter a few weeks ago I wrote about our first boudoir party with a group of Essex girls enjoying their boudoir glamour photography together.
Initially it was going to be four ladies but ended up with three being photographed whilst the other gave her support and enjoyed a pampering with Imke’s make-up. You can read their boudoir marathon story.
Since they have high profile positions it’s not possible to share their images with you. But by kind permission I can share this beautiful erotic photograph – since it’s anonymous.
But I’d like to share this story with you about how THRILLED Sharon was with her portraits.
Everyone returned to our studio the following week to view their original images. They loved their photographs and had a real hard time making their final selection.
They wanted ALL of them!
After much heart ache they reached their final selection. Each taking a canvas wrap from our Imperial Sovereign Colour Collection and a few photographs in a Portrait Box.
They were leaving the studio when Sharon stopped. She told me that Catherine was holding her engagement celebration the following weekend. And her boudoir photography were romantic gifts for him. Could I get her portrait displays ready in time?
Wow. I like a challenge and this was going to be tough. And our printer has a week lead time but are also willing to take on a challenge.
I said that I’d get her images to my printer on Monday and ask them to deliver her portrait displays directly to her.
The next two evenings I enhanced Catherine’s images in Photoshop. Burning the midnight oil and working into the small hours.
The Internet is a wonderful thing and I got the images to my printer for Monday morning with an URGENT request. They got the portrait displays dispatched on the Thursday with guaranteed next day delivery.
They were THRILLED.
Sharon loved the portrait displays so much that she called me to change her order. She upgraded two of her Portrait Box photographs to canvas wraps!
Not only did I accept Sharon’s challenge – I did it at no extra charge.
In this day and age good service is hard find. But I believe in what I do and will do everything humanly possible to ensure you’re THRILLED.
